Our Social Responsibility Program includes several focus chapters.
Client Engagement Policies: We have strong governance and compliance policies assuring working in 100% legal compliance in all our Client engagements as well as strong guidelines on assuring our business values are followed in all assignments. Amongst many of the strict principles we adhere to, client and candidate information protection and misusage policies are particularly important to our practice.
Diversity & Inclusion are integral part of our candidate selection process. Our mission is to allow both candidates and organizations make the right choices allowing them to develop businesses that attracts develops, encourages and retains top people.
Environmental Sustainability: We aim to become Carbon Neutral as early as 2025 through a myriad of constant activities like making our global office spaces more sustainable, introducing alternative mobility and hybrid working packages and partnering with clients, peer organizations and nonprofits supporting a transition to net-zero emissions and support to environmental impact efforts.
Social Impact: We give back to the community in several ways supporting nonprofit organizations in their development and implementing our own Social Responsibility projects.
Our non profit organization Drop of Help is running since 2015, 4 times every year, a blood donation program in cooperation with the Prague Military Hospital. Additionally we provide our services to non-profit organizations without charging professional fees.
